Portrait concert

Spring is finally here and we’re all in the mood for some new things. How amazing would it be if we could reset ourselves every year like a new software update? Spring cleaning for the body! But no, instead we continue to carry our old habits and thoughts around with us as if they were our personal luggage in the airport of life.

At the portrait concert, I will talk about my works and my ridiculous plans for the coming years together with musicologist Theda Weber-Lucks. The world premiere of “Hildegard in Kabul” for one-handed flute and three wine glasses may not change the world – but it will at least make the neighbours shake their heads!
